Cadaveric Dissection Training Course for Microscopic & Endoscopic Ear Surgery using a Korean Balloon Catheter for Eustachian Tube Dilation.

Details
1. Conducted anatomical practice for ear surgery using domestically produced endoscopes to master the latest surgical techniques and experience the products.
   - Utilized Mega Medical's domestic external medical camera (VS-Dual, 1 demo set, 2 practice sets) and Dong-A Charm Med's domestic internal medical camera (V1 SMART, 2 sets) to perform Eustachian tube balloon dilation, tympanoplasty, ossiculoplasty, and middle ear surgery.
   - Evaluated the performance of the supporting medical staff compared to 2 sets of the competitive foreign product, Olympus equipment.

2. Experienced the latest surgical techniques and products using domestically produced Eustachian tube balloon dilation devices.
   - Expanded the concept of Eustachian tube surgery by performing balloon dilation using Mega Medical's Navilloon-e and Genos' Earloon balloon catheters.
   - Plans to gather feedback from participants, speakers, and instructors to convey areas for improvement.

3. Experienced the latest surgical techniques and products using domestically produced tympanic membrane replacement products.
   - Performed tympanoplasty using L&C Bio's MegaDerm product.

4. Experienced the latest surgical techniques and products using domestically produced peripheral nerve replacement products.
   - Performed facial nerve grafting using L&C Bio's Meganuovo product.
   
● Provided diverse training and promotion to both domestic and international participants by teaching basic surgical techniques and advanced skills while directly using various domestic products and understanding their applications.
● Enhanced the image of domestic medical devices among foreign participants and showcased the excellence of domestic medical devices.
● Past anatomical practices have positively influenced marketing and are expected to continue providing better impacts in the future.
● Introduced more domestic equipment compared to previous instances.
